Office Policies

Appointments

We schedule appointments Monday through Friday. Same-day emergency appointments are often available. Please call or text us to schedule your visit.

Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need.

Running Late

If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, though we may need to reschedule depending on how delayed you are.

Emergencies

Dental emergencies happen. Call us immediately if you experience severe pain, trauma, swelling, or other urgent dental issues. We'll make every effort to see you the same day.
